Referral Bonus Program Rules
Current Winfield Security employees are eligible for the referral bonus except those at senior level positions, Human Resources personnel, and managers with hiring authority over the referred candidates.
The referral date cannot be earlier than the date the job opening is posted. The hiring of a referred employee must occur within 30 days (1 month) of the initial referral date.
To be eligible for a referral incentive, a new employee must list the referring guards name in the application as “Referred By”. The referring candidate must also complete an employee referral form and submit this to their account manager / human resources.
The first employee to refer a candidate will be the only referring employee eligible for payment.
Only candidates who meet the essential qualifications for the position will be considered.
All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with company policies and procedures.
All information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.
All referral bonus payments will be paid after the referred employee's 180th day (6 month) of work.
The leadership team has the authority to deny payment or revoke the program at any time, with or without reason.
